Stony Brook Medicine is Looking for COVID-19 Survivors to Donate Blood Plasma

Stony Brook Medicine is looking for COVID-19 survivors to donate blood plasma to be used in an experimental treatment for the virus.

While there is no proven treatment for COVID-19, it is possible that plasma-the part of the blood that carries antibodies- from someone who has recovered from COVID-19 could help those currently struggling to beat the disease.
